I have not! It should definitely be on my list, if only as an exercise in analyzing adaptation.
And that is an *excellent* question. I haven't have a lot of time to think about what to contribute here, and while you have certainly not made me feel like "x topic is unwelcome" I've yet to sit down and think about what might spark discussion. I run a few comms over on LJ which don't get a lot of traffic, despite initial "I'm so glad this comm is here!" interest, and I assume that to be my fault in not modeling discussion--or maybe it's just lack of day-to-day interest in Orson Welles, etc?
Your community rules are really open and relaxed, and that's good. But I wonder if people don't feel comfy just, say, slapping up a photo of Garbo and gushing for a moment. Which I'm sure no one would mind much and might lead somewhere else.
I'm happy to help however I can, so if you've something specific to ask of me go ahead. Otherwise I'll certainly come up with something in the next few days to talk about.
