I hate to make two posts in one day, but the post about All the King's Men brought up the topic of remakes. Now obviously one cannot say all remakes are bad. And how do you characterize a remake? Do "re-imaginings" count?
So what are some of the remake hits and misses? Your favorites and the ones that make you cringe. And out of those remakes, have you seen the original? Which one do you like better? And some movies have been remade several times. Have you seen all the versions? :D
